Whether you are an expert in expressing milk or you have never done it before, we make it easy for you! All we need is 5ml of milk (about one table spoon).

Step by step...
Step 1 - Expressing
We only require 5ml of your milk (about 1 table spoon).
This can be fresh or frozen, it makes no difference. Also, as this won't be fed to your baby, it can be out of date or leftover that you would otherwise discard.
Step 2 - Collecting
We do not need the milk to be placed in a sterile container for the shipping however we suggest you place it in a specimen collection container (small one). Also, it is recommended you place the container in a sealed bag so that your milk stays safe should the container crack or open during its journey to us.
Don't forget to write your order number on your sample container!
Step 3 - Posting
We do not need the milk to arrive within a specific amount of time from when it is expressed however we recommend you use a posting method that provides you with a tracking code. This will avoid your milk getting lost and therefore any delay in receiving your jewel back!
Keep an eye out for your milk to come back beautifully settled in your chosen jewel. Tangible proof of that intimate bond between you and your little one that will be with you forever!
